Corona virus or COVID-19 is a virus that spreads out very easily and depending on the individual immune system, it could become a serious case such as pneumonia which could affect your lungs.

However, not everybody that gets infected will have the same reaction. Most people will experience COVID-19 as a mild illness.

There are no specific medications for attacking viruses. There are medications to attack bacteria. And they are used every time we get an infection, but there is nothing to attack this virus yet.

For this reason, the smarter thing to do now, is to maintain our body as stable as possible to allow it to create antibodies that can fight any virus.

Prolonged stress inhibits immune function. So, if you have excessive fear of the virus or excessive stress at work or home, do what ‘s necessary to give your body a break and restore.

Don’t panic.  The most important thing to do at this moment is prevention.

If you need to go out, avoid crowded places, try not to touch your hair or face, don’t shake hands, and wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, as soon as you get home.
